The Belgian govt will reportedly demand an explanation from Kyiv as to how militia forces attacking Russia's Belgorod region from Ukraine managed to acquire NATO-provided weaponry.
Kyiv's line on this has been to deny any role, mimicking what Moscow said for years about LDNR "separatists." The Belgorod incursions haven't concealed their support from the Ukrainian authorities, however.
Seems like an important reddish (orange?) line within the NATO-Kyiv alliance against Russia. I wonder if Washington tasked the Belgians with pushing this issue or if it's an independent initiative.

Worth noticing, that the use of armed force on the aggressor's ground (within the frame of portionality) is in accordance with international law. The right to collective self-defence even grants it 3rdparty-states, when asked for by an attacked country (https://www.deutschlandfunk.de/interview-kress-100.html).

@helgenug Nobody disputes Ukraine's moral or legal right to counterstrike, but it's another question if NATO wishes to assist in such efforts. Arming occupation forces, even indirectly, is not the mission as it's been explained publicly.
