Am Freitag (14.06.2024) sprach #putin über Bedingungen für die Aufnahme von #Friedensverhandlungen bzw. für eine Beendingung seiner sog. #SMO (des völkerrechtswidrigen Angriffskrieges #putinruZZland |s gegen die #Ukraine). Abgesehen davon, dass auch diese Bedingungen #völkerrecht|swidrig sind (Eine durch die #Aggression geschaffene Situation darf nicht als rechtmäßig anerkannt werden.), ist dieses Muster russischer #Geopolitik spätestens seit Mitte des 19. Jh. bekannt und hinreichend beschrieben:
"[...]Counting on the cowardice and apprehensions of the Western powers, he [the Tsar] bullies Europe, and pushes his demands as far as possible, in order to appear magnanimous afterwards, by contenting himself with what he immediately wanted.[...]"
