@sophie I love seeing other people's kneeboards. Seems you mainly write down frequencies and squawk code.

I'll contribute: here are some of my kneepad notes from recent longer flights.

A sheet of paper used as a notepad during a general aviation flight. Text on there are ICAO codes of departure and destination aerodromes, off block, takeoff, touchdown, on block times, a few ATIS transmissions written down in shorthand and a few frequencies.
EDQA-EDWR OB (off block) 13:05 TO (takeoff) 13:14 TD (tochdown) 15:49 OB (on block) 15:51 next to that, ATIS: (A) (Information Alpha) 16:20 Q1018 (QNH) 03 (runway in use) 070/4 (wind direction/wind speed in kts) V10 (visibility 10km or more) NCD (no clouds detected) 29/12 (temperature/dewpoint) Other flights and ATIS notes are also on the same page.
