Even here on Fedi a massive desinformation campaign was circulating about #DW - personally I had to block an activist which I knew from fedi-events in person and who called my friends Zionists (which isn't bad but in this case simple racism).

In a statement published on Sunday, DW director Peter Limbourg strongly condemned the act. “This act is not only a disgusting act of violence, but also an attack on the freedom of the press. Perpetrators and instigators must feel the full force of the rule of law.”
