He first appeared in Miami around 2010.</p><p>"In Russia, he ran a group of companies called <a href="https://kolektiva.social/tags/AlphaAnticriminal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AlphaAnticriminal</span></a> that provided security for some of Russia’s biggest state-owned companies and government agencies.
