Kurzer Ausflug nach #Amsterdam. Der große maritime Tag mit Besuch im Scheepvaart Museum (und vielleicht auch noch im NEMO) steht erst morgen an. Heute war erstmal das Abklappern der englischen Buchläden dran. Konnte endlich eine Buchreihe vervollständigen, ohne den großen Konzern zu unterstützen, der zuhause noch immer nahezu alternativlos ist. Das hier hab ich einfach so spontan mitgenommen, weil sichs gut anhörte. Hoffe, es enttäuscht mich nicht. #TwelveShipwrecks #DavidGibbins

This train, hauled by a #Siemens Class 193 #Vectron in Dutch NS livery, is composed of two sections: a “traditional” consist from #Amsterdam including couchettes, a sleeper and seat cars, and a new #DaNi trainset from #Hamburg . An #ÖBB Class 1116 #Taurus awaits being attached to the train for the rest of the journey to #Innsbruck .

Dag van de Arbeid komt er weer aan, en ook wij zullen ons weer aansluiten bij de mars vanaf het Museumplein en hebben daarna een stand bij de manifestatie in het Martin Luther Kingpark.

Op deze dag van solidariteit zullen we de vakbeweging opnieuw oproepen solidair te zijn met Palestijnse arbeiders en hun families, die gebukt gaan onder apartheid en genocide. Wij als arbeiders hebben de macht om ons te verzetten tegen de Nederlandse medeplichtigheid hieraan, en roepen jou en je collega’s dan ook op om aan te sluiten en onze eisen kracht bij te zetten.

De mars begint om 14:00 vanaf het museumplein, en wij verzamelen om 13:30 nabij de Albert Heijn (adres: Van Baerlestraat 33 )!

We zullen wat materiaal meenemen, maar als je al VSmP- of Palestina borden, vlaggen of banners hebt, neem deze vooral mee!

Labor Day is coming soon, and once again we will be joining the march from the Museumplein, and we’ll have a stand at the gathering in the Martin Luther Kingpark.

On this day of solidarity we will once more call out the labor movement to show solidarity to the Palistinian workers and their families, who are suffering under apartheid and genocide. As laborers, we have the power to organize against Dutch complicity, and we’d like for you and your collegues to join us and empower our demands!

The march will begin at 14:00, we will gather near the Albert Heijn at 13:30 (address: Van Baerlestraat 33 )!

We’ll be bringing some materials, but if you already have VSmP or Palestine signs, flags or banners, you’re very welcome to bring those!
