Haven’t been doing great at posting a daily flower photo recently. This one is from a week ago today. Walking past the Beaverton Public Library, happened to look up and think ‘oh, look at those’.

We got some much needed rain yesterday and today. so I had to go out and take picture of my favorite rose :)

This variety is called Tangerine Sky and it is very fragrant rose.

A couple of newer flowers from the garden today.
Our begonias are just getting started. They usually live by our front door but were displaced because of the door replacement construction.
This yellow blossom isn't my favorite but was first to bloom.
The dahlia is new to us this year and is really bright. I love the color.
Today we picked green beans and peas. The green beans we cooked with dinner. Yum!
We also cooked some of our potatoes. It is fun to eat out of the garden this time of year.
Since I mowed the half acre closest to the road today I am worn out. I really need to buy a senior citizen rated mower that doesn't require pulling a cord.
We hope today treated you well.

Delightful flowers from somebody else's garden.

These actually look like the same flowers that I had in my soup the other night.

I don't always buy flowers from the farmers market flower vendor, but I couldn't resist getting some sunflowers today.

Fortunately Tennessee, at his age, isn't into jumping onto kitchen counters.

Ein freier Nachmittag sollte eigentlich im Garten verbracht werden. Aber ich war so müde, daß der Mittagsschlaf länger ausfiel. Dafür abends dann wach...
Irgendwas ist ja immer.
Aber wenigstens ein paar Bilder für #SixOnSaturday hab ich geschafft.

A free afternoon should be spent in the garden. But somehow I was so tired, the afternoon nap was rather long. Now I'm awake late at night. Ah, well.
At least I managed some pictures for #SixOnSaturday.

My cactus grew a white thing. Apparently it’ll be gone by the morning.
