When I was in collage our advenced databases classes was performed on MS SQL, also they founds for community groups are imo higher than of AWS and for sure GCP. I only noticed because images were staying blurred for a while. Even when images unblurred, any video coming in was staying blurred with the link to the original post at the sending instance.For a long time, I already had S3_OPEN_TIMEOUT and S3_READ_TIMEOUT increased.It seems to be tampering off now, although videos seem to have an issue being blurred.
