Well that's the mirror bumper/light seal replaced on the Pentax ME Super, needed it as well as when I took the lens off a chunk of the old one was hanging off. Light seals on the film door next but that can wait until my hands have steadied. #filmCamera

Bonne pioche, ce matin, aux puces. Je ne cours pas après ce genre de boitier, car il est un peu trop a la mode...mais bon, il est présenté a moi, avec son 1,4 50 Nikkor, ses champignons, ses mousses a refaire, et sa cellule qui marche...pour un prix tres honnete...donc j'ai encore craqué...

A new friend arrived from France today; a RealitySoSubtle 6x6F medium format pinhole camera!
As the name implies, this model takes square images (6x6) has a ring to accept a 52mm filter (F). The camera has a nice heft and feels very solid wile keeping a small form factor.
Excited to put a roll through it!

Did my initial clean of the body and internal optics, I replaced all the light seals, and even tried to touch up the paint on the metal areas that are painted black.

But when I looked through the viewfinder I realized the crap I saw in it was not on the mirror or the bottom of the focusing screen but rather in-between the focusing screen and the prism … I don't know that I have the skillset or tools to get to that one.
