Zweck dieses Gesetzes ist es, aus der Verantwortung des Menschen für das <a href="https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Tier" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Tier</a> als #<a href="https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Mitgesch%C3%B6pf" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Mitgeschöpf</a> dessen <a href="https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Leben" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Leben</a> und <a href="https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Wohlbefinden" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Wohlbefinden</a> zu schützen.
