Rauchverbot an Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestellen geplant

Wiewohl selbst Nichtraucher, finde ich die nun in Baden-Württemberg geplante Verschärfung unangemessen.

Auch an Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen soll künftig rauchen verboten werden. Gleiches gilt für Raucherecken an Schulen und Raucherzimmer in Behörden!

Die hier zum tragen kommende Verbotspolitik ist symptomatisch für den konservativen roll-back. Dazu gehört auch, dass künftig in allen Straßebahnen und Bussen keine Messer mit sich geführt werden dürfen (was dann auch die Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestellen mit einschließen wird).

Der Polizei wird zumindest letzteres dann weitergehende Befugnisse einräumen Menschen zu kontrollieren und zu durchsuchen- was dann wiederum besonders rassifizierte und Menschen in prekären Lebensverhältnissen treffen wird

@bmi Hallo, von @Polizei_BW wurde ich mit der Frage, wie ein #Taschenmesser im #Zug legal "transportiert" im Ggs. zu illegal "geführt" werden kann auf bmi.bund.de/DE/themen/sicherhe. verwiesen. Leider wird da nicht erläutert, wie Handgriffe in "Messer wird dann „nicht zugriffsbereit“ befördert, wenn mehr als 3 Handgriffe zum Zugriff erforderlich sind." zu zählen sind. Zählt hier z.B. Öffnen des Rucksacks / Aufklappen des Taschenmessers als je 1 "Handgriff"?
