i gave my entire #tax refund to families in need. one such #family is Kiamichi's. she's housing her daughter & grandson who have escaped domestic #violence. her daughter's ex was emboldened to #abuse her by the current US #president. she's also housing her son who has to #bike to work as they have no car & there is no public transit where she lives. she is very #disabled & makes beaded #jewelry as she's able to. she has no other support system. every time one of her kids has to leave the house, she worries they'll get abducted by #ICE. her family is #Indigenous; she's from the Ponca and Choctaw nations. she's already overdue on rent by 1 day (about to be 2). she has a $100/day late rent fee and will be served an #eviction notice after 5 days of non-payment. please join me in supporting her.

Problems I Have Living in #losangeles Part One:

Sometimes I see a rough looking #homeless guy passed out in the park, or at a bus stop then stare for a moment to see if they're still alive. It's such a common sight I am absolutely sure someone could die of an overdose, and most people wouldn't even notice.

I almost died in Boise, #idaho for this exact reason, and if it could happen there it most certainly could here.
