A major #California #cars event cancelled. Velocity Invitational is an annual race of current and classic cars, and an exhibition of hypercars held at #Sonoma Raceway and #LagunaSeca #Monterey.
They’ve cancelled their event this year “due to economic headwinds”.
Unprecedented.
When the high-end enthusiast and hypercar market is affected to this extent, you know things are serious.
Bus 101 (Golden Gate Transit) is one of my favorite Bay Area buses. It basically takes me from my house all the way north (along the.. 101!) to Santa Rosa, Sonoma County’s largest city. It stops at San Rafael, Novato, Petaluma along the way.
During the summer when I tend to have more bike fitness than other times, I sometimes ride north as far as San Rafael or Petaluma, then put my bike on the 101 bus home.
Or I’ll do a multi-modal thing and take the SMART train to Larkspur, then the ferry back to the city. The SMART train is really nice actually.
Gerade ein sehr interessantes Verhalten von #Chrome 135 in Verbindung mit aktuellem #Teams auf #MacOS #Sonoma: Wenn Teams läuft, dann kann Chrome keine Let's Encrypt-Zertifikate mehr validieren. Beende ich Teams ist alles wieder gut.
Ich weiss nicht was da genau kaputt ist bzw wer es kaputt macht, aber IMHO ist das alles Software aus der Vorhölle. #WTF

Sonoma Valley Creek
I was hiking the Sonoma Valley State Park in late winter/early spring after some pretty good rains.
This creek dries up by mid summer. I was lucky to come up to this park when I did as this little jewel was running fairly strong. The green hills and the moss covered rocks on the banks set this up nicely and I really enjoyed just sitting on the banks listening to nature.
