The Velero backups are working except for the CephFS volumes 
I have no idea why it just throws timeout errors but I can create a manual snapshot which doesn't take that long?
I'm so close to getting past this step but I'm not exactly where to look next

Due to a #database error and its recovery we were unfortunately offline for a few days.

Gute Option mal aufzuräumen ;)
Für #Linux gibt es super viele Tools zum #Backups machen. #Freefilesync ist super simpel, #rsync ist das Äquivalent über die Kommandozeile. Finde ich am einfachsten weil man einfach Dateien kopiert anstatt irgendwelche Backup-Archive zu machen, die man dann nur mit dem Programm lesen kann.
Bei #Windows auch mal im Appdata Ordner schauen, Browserprofil oder so. Ansonsten #Firefox account oder datenexport

Nachdem ich mir gerade mit dem Zurückspielen meines EaseUS-Backups mein Windows-System auf dem Laptop (Dell) zerschossen habe, frage ich mich, was benutzt ihr für eure Backups?
Das Verrückte ist, auf dem PC und für unsere Datenplatten funktioniert die Software problemlos.

Signal is currently testing 'cloud' backups with the staging version of the Android app.
Details:
- Fully end-to-end encrypted (duh),
- Free and paid tiers - free supports unlimited messages and media up to 45 days, paid is $1,99/mo for 100GB,
- This does NOT replace the local backup.
In fact, the local backup is getting a revamp too! 
It will gain cross-platform support (iOS <=> Android), changed format (taking seconds rather than minutes) and external syncing tools (like Nextcloud) will be faster too.

Ich habe da 100 Mbit/s mit 1 Gbit/s verwechselt - wohl, weil das alte NAS trotz 1 Gbit-Nic so leistungsschwach ist, dass nie mehr als 5-10 Mbit/s übertragen wurden.
Bei den Daten ist nichts redundant bzw. nur in Form von #Hardlinks von den mehrstufigen #Backups mit #BackInTime. Viel sind halt auch Medien (Bilder, Musik, Videos/PVR Aufnahmen).
