Violence oligarchique et chaos climatique de Monique Pinçon-Charlot chez Textuel. La sociologue spécialisée dans les habitus de la bourgeoisie s’est cette fois penchée sur le lien entre richesse et écocide. Elle démontre, à travers une trentaine de courts chapitres, formant comme un puzzle, le lien entre le chaos climatique et la recherche de profits des oligarques. Elle démontre avec brio et force que l’écologie est sans doute un des sujets qui sépare le plus les classes sociales en pointant du doigt la destruction de notre planète par ceux qui en monétisent les moindres ressources.<br> <br> J’ai relu Je suis épuisé.e de Cathy Assenheim chez DBS (il sort en poche en août chez Marabout) pour préparer une rencontre avec l’autrice. Pour l’histoire, ce titre m’avait permis de prendre conscience de mon burn-out. Le relire fut donc particulier mais m’a encore beaucoup appris sur ce que j’ai vécu, ce qui en reste et les leçons à en tirer. C’est un ouvrage très complet et essentiel sur ce qu’est concrètement le burn-out, tant dans ses aspects psychologiques mais surtout physiques, qui donnent les clés pour comprendre notre épuisement. Avec des explications précises mais toujours accessibles, l’autrice neuropsychologue vous donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour sortir de l’épuisement, de l’alimentation au sommeil en passant par des outils de relaxation. Elle déculpabilise aussi et déjoue les préjugés sur cette situation loin d’être anecdotique.
