Die #Gasministerin #Reiche @BMWK drückt bei ihrer angekündtigten Evaluation der #Energiewende gegen die Meinung der gesamten Fachebene einen externen Auftrag durch, und offenbart damit in mehrfacher Hinsicht ihr Nichtwissen der Regierungsprozesse und ein krudes Leitungsverständnis:
Mehrere Behörden wie die #BNetzA machen genau das, was der Realitätscheck jetzt vornehmen soll (aber klar, eben nicht als Auftragsarbeit mit definierbarem Ergebnis, sondern wissenschaftlich fundiert)! Es gibt bereits verschiedene seit Jahren bewährt laufende Prozesse, die permanent evaluieren! U.a. den #Monitoringprozess der #Expertenkommission #Energiewende; die Beobachtung i.R. der offiziellen Berichte zur ZIelerreichung mit den #NECP / #governance-Verordnung; die Berichte der #AGEEstat-Gruppe zum Stand der #ErneuerbarenEnergien; uvm.!Und auch bzgl. eines ominösen "Energieplan Deutschland" lässt sich konstatieren: Alter Wein, davon gibt es etliche! Der offizielle Plan sogar ihres eigenen Ministeriums sind die #Langfristszenarien zum #Klimaschutz.
