Good news: a small but solid step to deprecate the #CrimeOfAggression - the Council of Europe has created a tribunal to prosecute the RU full-scale invasion of UA [1].

Meanwhile, back on a ranch, the US invasion of Iraq awaits the year 2103 (TBC) for the creation of a crime-of-aggression tribunal [2] and this year's Israeli+US bombing of Iran awaits the year 2125 (TBC) for a crime-of-aggression tribunal [3].

@smaurizi A #Manicheist approach to defending Europe against the current RU #CrimeOfAggression and likely future RU crimes of aggression is more likely to split than unite pro-human-rights groups+individuals (cf [1][2]).

Calling for e.g. 1% of EU GDP to be invested in concrete, evidence-based #peace tools [3] (not just abstract postmodernist blabla) *would* be able to unite many people+groups.

#Manicheism

Good analysis esp. considering both Ukranian and ruZZian (surficial) motives. What I miss are the following points:

1. The only negotiations (ger.: Verhandlungen), that will end this war and make future ones more unlikely, are court hearings (ger.: Gerichtsverhandlungen) in . It's basically both, the conjunctive *and* the conditional meaning of . Neither will there be peace, as long as the felon of the is not sentenced, neither will there be under a broken law resp. under an accepted law breach. @nemo that's why I think #Gaza must be freed from the #Hamas.

After all, #IDF literally confirms what Hamas has proudly shown to #RT: They literally placed their #HQ below #AlShifa #Hospital and that alone is a #warcrime.

I am also not understanding those that demand a #ceasefire yet don't condem the #CrimeOfAggression and #WarCrimes committed on #O7.

Cuz even if #Netanyahu refused to act upon #INTEL by #ShinBet and #Mossad that doesn't mean the Hamas is to blame.
