In so eine Richtung hab ich auch gedacht. Die Verkehrssicherungspflicht scheint mir etwas willkürlich, nur weil jemand nicht aufpasst oder defekt Bremsen hat. Wenn Steigungen &gt; 10% unter die Verkehrssicherungspflicht fallen würden, müssten man hier fast alle Wege für Fahrräder sperren.</p>

Ascendor<p>7 Monate ohne Aktivität.
