Installed iPadOS 26.1 last night, got Slide Over back, and for the most part, it’s a real upgrade. The slide can be resized if I need a better view without needing to take it out of SO. More importantly, the slide can be pulled out from the Home Screen, albeit with some conflict with App Library. Still miss the convenience of having the slide stack, but the slide itself is more useful than it was.

Wczoraj Apple opublikowało oficjalne aktualizacje systemów, a dziś ruszyły pierwsze bety kolejnych wersji – 26.2. Znajdziemy w nich kilka zmian.

iOS 26.2 beta 1

• W aplikacji Przypomnienia pojawiły się alarmy, które o ustalonej porze wyświetlają na zablokowanym ekranie podobne całoekranowe powiadomienie, jak alarm ustawiony z poziomu Zegarka.
• Użytkownicy mieszkający na terenie Unii Europejskiej mogą od tej bety korzystać z funkcji tłumaczenia na żywo, jeśli posiadają wspierające tę funkcję AirPodsy (Pro 3, Pro 2 lub 4 z ANC).
• Podczas konfiguracji zablokowanego ekranu pojawiła się możliwość ustawienia przezroczystości zegara.
• Aktualizacji doczekała się aplikacja Apple News – na samej górze dodano odnośniki do czterech głównych kategorii artykułów: sport, łamigłówki, polityka, jedzenie.
• Aplikacja Podcasty otrzymała możliwość tworzenia automatycznych rozdziałów dla audycji, które nie miały swoich podziałów; na podstawie transkrypcji oraz bezpośrednio z odtwarzacza będzie można też odkrywać wspomniane w audycji podcasty innych twórców; pojawi się także sekcja ze wspomnianymi linkami.

watchOS 26.2 beta 1

• Apple zmieniło progi punktacji Oceny snu względem poprzedniej wersji:
  • Bardzo niska – 0-40 pkt (wcześniej 0-29)
  • Niska – 41-60 (30-49)
  • OK – 61-80 (50-69)
  • Wysoka – 81-95 (70-89)
  • Bardzo wysoka – 96-100 (90-100)

W pozostałych systemach nie znaleziono do tej pory widocznych zmian.
