Thomas<p>100.000 € Schadenersatz für einen 24-jahrigen Jurastudenten, dessen Arbeitgeber ihn rechtswidrig kündigte</p><p>Vor wenigen Wochen hat das Landesarbeitsgericht München dem zuvor in Teilzeit in der Gastronomie angestellten Studenten, rund 100.000 € Schadenersatz zugesprochen.</p><p>Der junge Mann hatte einen Betriebsrat gründen wollen, die darauf folgende Kündigung bekam dem Arbeitgeber nicht sonderlich gut. Die Firma ging während des Prozesses pleite, also verklagte er den Geschäftsführer.
