Heading outside my usual #mobile #data coverage soon, and decided to try out one of those fancy #eSIM providers that offer short term data-only plans, complete with #Android app and everything.

I picked #Ubigi - I honestly have no idea if it will do the job, and I'm not in neither the recommendation nor influencing business, but I'll let you know if it sucked or not.

Apparently it's a bit cheaper to queue up for regular SIMs, but then you'll have to do the whole SIM replacement ritual, with the amusing risk of having misplaced your original SIM once you return.

We'll see. I'm testing it out in #Moldova, #Ukraine and #Morocco over the next couple of months.
