My final Canadian 🇨🇦 province #linocut is my home #province #Ontario along with its symbols, the common #loon and trillium. The block was inked 'à la poupée' (with different colours, black, green and yellow, in different areas) and printed by hand on lovely Japanese kozo (or mulberry) paper.

After bringing the kids to school in the early morning, this view was one of the moments you had to park your car in the fields, walk a little bit to a small bridge and capture the moment of a sunrise paired with some fog in the open nature!

If that last one hasn't crossed your mind a time or two, I beg you to consider the admirable privilege you hold above 1000 of your neighbours (who are right now preparing to attempt to sleep outdoors under -20 wind chill), and probably 100,000 more that are a paycheque or less away from joining them.

We need to put pressure on the #city of #saintJohn, #fredericton, #moncton as well as all other municipalities and the #province of #NewBrunswick to stop passing the buck and to work together.

The province has the power to put every single unhoused person under shelter tonight. They won't because they do not want to, not because they cannot.

Let's make them want to.

Call and email your #mla and #blaineHiggs and tell them you want us to **help our neighbours**.

Again, these are real humans beings - you probably know one of them. They're your neighbours, friends, relatives, partners... they're you minus a little luck.
