Two weeks ago my nitrobox's hard drive broke. It took only about a week from me requesting a return shipment label to getting the notification that the repaired hardware was on its way back to me. This includes me preparing the parcel and it's travel to Berlin. Very fast response times, excellent service. Thank you, @nitrokey !
