@Kletskous The nine countries that have expressed criticism would only just form a blocking minority. They are however under massive pressure and may change their stance at the last minute. The Hungarian Presidency is not removing the item from the agenda.
The moral contortionism there is amazing to watch:
On the one hand they have (for good reasons) a disagreement with the Hungarian presidency, on the other hand they seem to have no qualms at all to show common interests with autocrats doing autocrat things as soon as it comes to mass surveillance!
#ChatControl must be seen to fail, and fail resoundingly, and take the careers of all that supported it with it.
That would be the only good outcome!

@echo_pbreyer Jetzt mal ehrlich, die EU verwandelt sich doch immer mehr und mehr in eine Massenüberwachungsmaschine.
Es kann doch nicht wahr sein dass Politiker immer noch über diesen Unsinn diskutieren wenn Sicherheitsexperten, Organisationen selbst Messenger wie Signal alle sagen dass es nicht möglich ist / betrügerisch handelnden Personen die Tür öffnet. Die #Chatkontrolle ist der Anfang vom Ende. Alleine die neuen Urheberrechte sind schon ein Schritt zu viel und öffnen technisch das Tor für #Zensur.
Zudem was mich mal nebenbei interessieren würde, werden die Handys der Politiker im #bundestag dann auch entschlüsselt / ohne Verschlüsselung genutzt? Weil ist ja #Chatkontrolle, das ist ja EU-Recht, wäre ja schon schön dann mal so die Privaten #Chats der Idioten die sich #Politiker nennen mit zu lesen 
Ich hoffe wirklich dass wir als Menge dass noch aufhalten können. Ansonsten leben wir bald in einer Welt in der wir nicht leben wollen.
