When you just can't download the Core Vocabulary by following the official link, then the @EU_Commission will probably never be “interoperable”.

The “Person” part has a simple page under the namespace

which would be far enough.

But I would just like to use the EU “Core Vocabularies”. Apart from all the dead links, what is very funny is the EU “Business” Core Vocab which links to https://www.w3.org/ns/legal#

I wrote a short blog post about used vocabs in the Europass Learning Model a while ago (https://sroertgen.github.io/homepage/7_europass_vocabularies/) and just noticed that they changed the link to their main overview page of the Model...just after I wrote them an email about the dead links and inconsistencies between the documentation and the examples of the model (https://github.com/european-commission-empl/European-Learning-Model/)
Lots of room for improvement!
