Mike 🇬🇧 🇪🇺<p>I'm in the process of changing my <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/mobile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>mobile</span></a> phone provider.</p><p>I've been with <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/Lebara" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Lebara</span></a> for a while on a good priced package, but I have found that the coverage (<a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/vodaphone" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>vodaphone</span></a>) is nowhere near as good as with <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/EE" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>EE</span></a> around here and on the journeys I do.</p><p>I've had a <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/1pMobile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>1pMobile</span></a> sim in my phone's second slot and there's rarely a drop out on the data.</p><p>Equally - like a lot of people - my current package gives me far more data than I need.</p><p>So.... I've requested a PAC code from Lebara. Easy?<br>Yes, I got the code quickly enough, but I've had a Web form asking me why I'm leaving. I've had two texts encouraging me to stay, two emails with special offers (it's NOT about price), and now I've had a cold call from them (number now blocked).</p><p>I'm not a big spender, so I've got to question whether this amount of effort by them is worth pissing me off for?</p>
