Das wird aber nicht passieren (können). Da sich diese Stimmen auf beide Parteien verteilen werden, wird das Ergebnis 1. Platz CDU/CSU 2. Platz AfD heißen. Ich mache jede Wette, dass für den von CDU/CSU gewünschten "Politikwechsel" die Koalition dann CDU/CSU/AfD lauten wird. Damit ist der Anfang vom Ende der demokratischen <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/BundesrepublikDeutschland" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#BundesrepublikDeutschland</a> und <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/freiheitlichdemokratischeGrundordnung" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#freiheitlichdemokratischeGrundordnung</a> eingeleitet. Das <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Bundesverfassungsgericht" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Bundesverfassungsgericht</a> wäre das einzige Organ, das noch zu verhindern, schaut aber tatenlos zu, bzw. muss dies, weil das <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Grundgesetz" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Grundgesetz</a> nichts anderes zulässt, bis es zu spät ist. Offensichtlich gibt es keine demokratische Gesetzeslage, die in der Lage ist, die Demokratie wirksam zu schützen. Meiner Meinung nach fehlen dem Grundgesetz folgende Punkte - zumindest in dieser Deutlichkeit: 1. Das Grundgesetz kann durch nichts und niemand außer Kraft gesetzt oder in seiner Gültigkeit eingeschränkt werden. 2. Bundesverfassungsgericht und seine im Grundgesetz verankerten Aufgaben und Befugnisse können auch durch Änderungen am Grundgesetz nicht eingeschränkt oder aufgehoben werden. Auch kann das Bundesverfassungsgericht nicht ganz oder in Teilen abgeschafft werden. 4. Die Zahl der Richter (m/w/d) am Bundesverfassungsgericht ist ungerade. Ein Richter am Bundesverfassungsgericht darf sich bei einer Abstimmung nicht enthalten. 3. Die Berufung eines Richters (m/w/d) ans Bundesverfassungsgericht erfordert eine 2/3 Mehrheit im <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Bundestag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Bundestag</a> sowie in allen <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Landtagen" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Landtagen</a>. 4. Innerhalb einer <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Legislaturperiode" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Legislaturperiode</a> können nicht 50% oder mehr der Richter (m/w/d) am Bundesverfassungsgericht ausgetauscht werden. 5. Richter (m/w/d), die ans Bundesverfassungsgericht berufen werden, sind der demokratisch freiheitlichen Grundordnung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, dem Grundgesetz, dem Schutz von <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Verfassung" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Verfassung</a>, Demokratie und <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Rechtsstaatlichkeit" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Rechtsstaatlichkeit</a>, zu politischer <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Neutralität" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Neutralität</a> und <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Parteilosigkeit" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Parteilosigkeit</a> verpflichtet und dürfen auch vor der Berufung nicht Mitglied einer <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Partei" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Partei</a> oder verfassungsfeindlichen Organisation gewesen sein. Sollte sich herausstellen, dass ein Richter (m/w/d) nicht hätte ans Bundesverfassungsgericht berufen werden dürfen, oder ergeben sich entsprechende Gründe während seiner Tätigkeit am Bundesverfassungsgericht, wird er automatisch und umgehend abberufen. 6. Die Feststellung, dass eine Partei ganz oder in Teilen <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/verfassungsfeindlich" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#verfassungsfeindlich</a> oder <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/rechtsradikal" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#rechtsradikal</a> ist oder wird, führt unweigerlich und mit sofortiger Wirkung zu deren vollständigem <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Verbot" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Verbot</a>. 7. Noch deutlicher: CDU und CSU sind eine rechtspopulistische, rechtsnationale und inzwischen rechtsradikale <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Partei" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Partei</a>, genau wie die <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/AfD" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#AfD</a> <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/NoAfD" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#NoAfD</a> <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/FckAfD" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#FckAfD</a> deshalb komplett <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/unwählbar" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#unwählbar</a> und gehören vom <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Bundesverfassungsgericht" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Bundesverfassungsgericht</a> so wie die AfD umgehend verboten. Andernfalls haben wir in 4 Jahren in <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Deutschland" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Deutschland</a> keine Demokratie mehr.
