Out of all of your characters, who talks the most, and who hates it the most?of all the characters, God is the only one who tends to gab. this is partly because he's getting on in years but also because nobody would dare to interrupt him. thankfully he doesn't have many scenes, or we'd get tired of him pretty quickly.Eleanor is the quietest one. not because she hates to talk, but because her unhappy home life leaves her pretty inhibited most of the time. she rarely speaks at all unless she's with someone she trusts. but with that trusted person, she becomes bright, and even chatty.

Thankfully, once the confusion between them is cleared up, her partner is willing to do the talking and able to find out what she wants to be said.

As Harriet Vane says to Lord Peter Wimsey, if anyone ever marries him it will be for the pleasure of listening to him talk piffle.Conversely we have Beth Vines, who seldom speaks, but has an uncanny ability to make folk shut up and listen when she does.

He's a minstrel, it's part of his business. General Quinn in my sleeping fantasy doesn't chat, he only talks when he has something to say, which is quite often, he's important. She talks back far less (she definitely doesn't hate it, though - she finds it very endearing and "listens" quite attentively)
