Es reicht #Wut darüber, dass die Warenproduktion heute von einer Elite durchgeknallter Anhänger des #Transhumanismus bestimmt wird, denen das #Artensterben incl. #Sapiens und die #Klimakatastrophe ganz recht kommt.

Gisteren #Sapiens uitgeluisterd. Vandaag begonnen aan Hoe Migratie Echt Werkt van #HeinDeHaas. Van Spotify mag je niet zoveel uren per maand boeken luisteren zonder bijbetaling. De komende tien dagen mag ik gemiddeld slechts een half uur per dag luisteren. Dat is dan wel los van alle podcasts die ik sowieso al beluister en los van het lezen in de fysieke boeken die hier ook nog rondslingeren. Ondertussen ook wel benieuwd naar #bellhooks. Bekende naam. Nooit iets van gelezen.

Sie waren gleichgestellter, wie Forscherteams nun herausgefunden haben.
Meine Vermutung ist, dass die Unterdrückung der weiblichen #Sapiens erst mit Aufkommen der #Weltreligionen aufkam. Die Märchenbücher der Weltreligionen wurden ja wohl vorrangig von "Männern" erdacht und verfasst.

I know there's valid criticism against stuff Yuval Noah Harari wrote in "Sapiens" but I think he was spot on about religion and capitalism both being the same thing. Both ideas that spread quickly (in terms of total human history) and gained dominance, but only work as long as the involved parties believe in this ineffable thing. Except capitalism is mandatory.
Capitalism has existed for 200 years or so. Modern homo sapiens have existed for 800 times that.

@Gina I started reading "Sapiens - A Brief History of Humankind".
It claims that imagined stories are what allowed humans to take over the world.
The belief in common myths (say, spirit animals, protector gods, or laws) led to the development of modern civilization, and there has not been much biological change in humans since then.
I think distilling stories into an easy-to-use recipe can only develop society further. Thanks for sharing!
