Andy Baker<p>Science week is over here in Australia. </p><p>Over the past few days, I was taking part in Capricorn Caves 'Big Science Adventure'. Here are some photos:</p><p>Our research cave drip loggers were downloaded and we found out how much rain was needed for water to reach the caves.</p><p>A cave guides training session was held. By chance, we found a rare geomorphological feature - photokarren</p><p>And we had a stall explaining the caves climate, hydrology and geological history.</p><p><a href="https://aus.social/tags/nationalscienceweek" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>nationalscienceweek</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/scicomms" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>scicomms</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/science" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>science</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/earthscience" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>earthscience</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/geology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>geology</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/envionment" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>envionment</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/capricorncaves" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>capricorncaves</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/caves" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>caves</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/climate" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>climate</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/envionment" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>envionment</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/unsw" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>unsw</span></a></p>
