anna_lillith 🇺🇦🌱🐖<p>Starting 1st July 2025! 🙌 <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Switzerland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Switzerland</span></a> is implementing mandatory labelling on animal-based food products, including <a href="https://mas.to/tags/meat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>meat</span></a>, <a href="https://mas.to/tags/milk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>milk</span></a>, and <a href="https://mas.to/tags/eggs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>eggs</span></a>, to disclose if animals experienced painful procedures without anaesthesia.</p><p>This includes practices like <a href="https://mas.to/tags/castration" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>castration</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/dehorning" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>dehorning</span></a>, <a href="https://mas.to/tags/TailDocking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>TailDocking</span></a>, and <a href="https://mas.to/tags/TeethClipping" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>TeethClipping</span></a>.</p><p>We applaud this introduction, as <a href="https://mas.to/tags/consumers" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>consumers</span></a> have a right to more transparency about the cruel processes to make more informed and <a href="https://mas.to/tags/ethical" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ethical</span></a> choices. </p><p>1/2</p>
