Höhenmeter müsste ich noch per <a href="https://freiburg.social/tags/bikerouter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#bikerouter</a> oder ähnlich ermitteln. Unterwegszeit 14h50' (die jeweiligen Anteile Fahr- und Schwimmzeit habe ich nicht ermittelt)
