(<a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/KoaV" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>KoaV</span></a>, S. 162)</p><p>Das <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Bundeswirtschaftsministerium" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Bundeswirtschaftsministerium</span></a> hatte eine Studie in Auftrag gegeben, um Art, Höhe und Auswirkung der Subventionen zu ermitteln. Diese Studie wurde bereits im November 2023 fertiggestellt und lag der <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Bundesregierung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Bundesregierung</span></a> vor. Sie wurde aber bis heute – also bis nach Abschluss der letzten Haushaltsverhandlungen der <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Ampel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Ampel</span></a> – zurückgehalten. Die Deutsche <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Umwelthilfe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Umwelthilfe</span></a> hatte vorher erfolglos die Herausgabe der Studie nach dem <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Informationsfreiheitsgesetz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Informationsfreiheitsgesetz</span></a> eingefordert. </p><p>Der Studie zufolge entgingen dem Staat im Jahr 2020 allein im <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Verkehrssektor" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Verkehrssektor</span></a> mehr als 24 Mrd. Euro durch Steuervergünstigungen wie dem <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Dieselprivileg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Dieselprivileg</span></a>, dem <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Dienstwagenprivileg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Dienstwagenprivileg</span></a>, dem <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Kerosinprivileg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Kerosinprivileg</span></a>, der <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Entfernungspauschale" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Entfernungspauschale</span></a> sowie der Mehrwertsteuerbefreiung für internationale <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Fl%C3%BCge" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Flüge</span></a>. Durch die Mehrwertsteuerermäßigung für tierische Produkte entstanden Mindereinnahmen von 4,3 Mrd. Euro. <br>Die aus den Vergünstigungen bis 2030 voraussichtlich resultierenden kumulierten Treibhausgasemissionen betragen 51,5 Mio. t CO₂e bzw. im Verkehrssektor sowie ca. 17 Mio. t CO₂e allein durch die Mehrwertsteuerermäßigung auf tierische Produkte. Insgesamt führen die 35,8 Milliarden Euro Subventionen und Begünstigungen im Jahr 2020 hochgerechnet bis 2030 zu 156 Mio. t. klimaschädlichen Emissionen in den Sektoren <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Energie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Energie</span></a>, <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Verkehr" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Verkehr</span></a>, <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Industrie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Industrie</span></a> und <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Landwirtschaft" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Landwirtschaft</span></a>. </p><p>Zu beachten ist, dass die Zahlen sich auf das Corona-Jahr 2020 beziehen, in dem die Wirtschaftsleistung und demzufolge die Steuervergünstigungen niedriger ausfielen. Zudem konnte ein Drittel der Subventionen, vor allem aus dem <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Geb%C3%A4ude" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Gebäude</span></a>- und <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/LULUCF" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LULUCF</span></a>-Sektor, aufgrund fehlender Daten nicht quantifiziert werden.
