This Is My GlasgowThe Land-Ship Mural on George Street in Glasgow. The Land-Ship was a mock up of a ship's navigation deck mounted on a rotatable base and fitted with a Kelvin Compass installed in the 1910s on the roof of the School of Navigation (part of the Royal Technological College, which later became Strathclyde University). It functioned as a teaching aid to help the students learn about compass adjustments. This Is My GlasgowThe former Saint Paul's Church on the corner of Martha Street and John Street in Glasgow. Designed by John McIntyre in an Edwardian Baroque style and constructed in 1907, it was later altered and extended by Wylie, Shanks and Underwood in 1958.
