We spent a lovely afternoon at @plastacs Plastic Playground @DoESLiverpool! Not everything went exaactly to plan, but we're pleased with these kumihimo discs. They're made from waste 3D printer filament which we heat-pressed and laser cut.

It's pretty amazing what these local open-weight models can do these days. Next up, I want to try integrating local models with CLI-based coding tools like opencode or crush.

A bit of #FreeCADFriday to add a couple of screws to fasten the two halves of the audio-level-shifter case (because my initial friction-fit pegs didn't handle the vibration of being mounted on a bike very well)
Just checking over clearances before sticking it on the 3D printer
