Physical movement, like that found in ballet, was our first language, allowing us to share emotions and stories before words existed.

In the #photo is Teresa Żurowska, a ballerina from the #Krakow Opera House.

On Sunday I did another ballet session, this time at the Cloth Hall in #Krakow. This is one of the photos from that session. We have two more sessions planned with Ms Teresa but they will be stretched out over time.

In the #photo is Teresa Żurowska, a ballerina from the Krakow Opera House.

A ballerina in a flowing dress gracefully balances en pointe in a grand, columned hallway, her pose and expression capturing the delicacy and elegance of ballet. The soft movement of her dress and the gentle curve of her arms highlight the lightness and precision that define the art form.
