Der #EU #Datenschutzbeauftragte knickt ein "die @EUCommission habe alle im März 2024 festgestellten Datenschutzmängel behoben".
Ein Stück Papier macht #MS365 nicht Datenschutzkonform und die Kommission nicht Resilient.
Nur politischer Druck kann die #EUKommission zum einlenken bringen, nur genug #Piraten im #EUParlament können diesen Druck nachhaltig schaffen. Bis dahin: Teilt euren Abgeordneten mit wen ihr bei der nächsten #Europawahl wählen werdet!

Nach unserer #Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen Polizeigesetze in Hessen & HH kam 2023 ein Grundsatzurteil: Massenhafte Überwachung durch Datenanalyse ohne klare Grenzen verstößt u.a. gegen das Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung.

@tinoeberl #SchleswigHolstein ist hier relativ vorbildlich, und das Bundesland in welchem #PIRATEN am stärksten sind, Zufall?
Politischer druck zeigt Wirkung, wenn wir in Bayern bei 4,9% wären dann wäre #LiMux wohl auch wieder Thema.

Cath@Kletskous even before the Claus-Brunner scandal, the @Piratenpartei@mastodon.social was rocked by another scandal, with Jörg Tauss' name on it. While he was under investigation for possession of child porn, he joined the #PPDE because its party line on related topics was convenient for him. He was convicted in 2010. Doll would have expected the Claus-Brunner scandal to have caused a multitude of resignations and expulsions from @Piratenpartei@mastodon.social. The victim, a #PPDE intern, had reported Claus-Brunner to party leadership AND the Police. There were complaints abt Claus-Brunner's behaviour by Landtag & party staff, but NO ONE in the party did anything. The result? Murder-suicide.

@frank87 what kind of compromise are you talking about? The Board of the #PPEU brought a countermotion that did not include the term "genocide", the term that the fascists of the #PPDE didn't want. Yet they themselves voted against their own countermotion. There can be no compromise with #fascism, #genocide, or #gaslighting. Wenn ich das richtig sehe wurde bis auf die #Positionspapiere alles bearbeitet was auf der #Tagesordnung stand.
Bis auf das ein oder andere was aufgrund von Formulierungsfehlern o.Ä. zurückgezogen wurde. Aber davon hätte eh nur #SO019 auf diesem #Bundesparteitag noch abgestimmt werden können.
