Don't laugh you lovely #Thai people but I've been butchering one of your fabulous dishes for dinner. A #Quorn version of Pad Kra Pao (Pork and Holy Basil stir fry) using oodles of home grown red chillis. Used vegan fish/oyster sauces. Served with Jasmine Rice and some roasted peppers & onions tossed in toasted sesame oil for extra pizzazz. Deeply flavoursome, umami-tastic, holy moly basilly and chef's kiss tasty (if not remotely authentic!)

I know this article is old but well worth re-reading. Ultra-processed foods are not good for our bodies, #Quorn included.

Of moderate interest, I even make my own oat milk in 30 seconds from oats, water, a pinch of salt, a blender and a muslin cloth because a) it's cheaper and b) I don't want to drink #UPF muck like #Oatly, that uses alpha amylase enzymes to break down oats into maltase. They don't just filter whizzed up oats, you know! #food #diet #vegan #vegetarian
