Don't laugh you lovely #Thai people but I've been butchering one of your fabulous dishes for dinner. A #Quorn version of Pad Kra Pao (Pork and Holy Basil stir fry) using oodles of home grown red chillis. Used vegan fish/oyster sauces. Served with Jasmine Rice and some roasted peppers & onions tossed in toasted sesame oil for extra pizzazz. Deeply flavoursome, umami-tastic, holy moly basilly and chef's kiss tasty (if not remotely authentic!)
