In welchem konkreten Verfahren haben Sie die Erfahrung gemacht, dass eine 'schwere Kindheit' einer/eines Angeklagten zu gleich 'ein paar Jahre weniger' zur Folge hatten?</p><p>Das deutsche Strafrecht verlangt eine tat- und schuldangemessene Strafe. Damit sind Sie nicht einverstanden?</p><p>Meine Erfahrung ist: jene Menschen die, bevor sie selbst betroffen waren, am lautesten nach strengsten Strafen riefen, wollten davon plötzlich garnichts mehr wissen, als sie plötzlich selbst, oder Angehörige oder Freund:innen in Haft kamen. Sagen Sie nicht, das würde Ihnen niemals passieren, es reicht schon etwas unaufmerksam Auto zu fahren, plötzlich ist jemand tot. Nach Ihrer eigenen Logik, was für eine Strafe würden Sie sich geben? Auge um Auge? Die Anwendung der #Todesstrafe im #Iran steigt weiter an. 📈 Heute wurden Behrooz Ehsani Eslamlou und Mehdi Hasani hingerichtet. Berufungsverfahren waren vorher abgelehnt worden. Ihre Anklagepunkte waren u.a. "Feindschaft gegen Gott" und "Korruption auf Erden", die sehr breit und willkürlich ausgelegt werden können. Sie sollen den oppositionellen Volksmudschahedin angehört haben.

Die #Todesstrafe ist in Deutschland abgeschafft. Sie durch die Hintertür wieder einzuführen, indem man in Länder abschiebt, in denen sie noch verhängt wird, zeugt von der Verachtung gegenüber Menschenleben UND der Verfassung.

Aber dass #Dobrindt der #Taliban näher steht als dem #Grundgesetz sollte inzwischen niemanden mehr überraschen. Die einzige Frage ist, wie verfassungstreu der Rest der #CDUCSU noch ist.

@schnedan Ich bin nicht grundsätzlich und in jedem Fall gegen eine Abschiebung, aber die Folgen für betroffene Personen einfach zu verschweigen und zu ignorieren, kann ja wohl kaum Recht und Gesetz entsprechen.

De facto werden Straftäter durch die #CDU und deutsche Behörden also hingerichtet. Da würde mich schon mal interessieren, wann in #Deutschland die #Todesstrafe gesetzlich wieder eingeführt wurde und auf welche Straftaten genau!

Auch interessant, welche Gesetze und/oder Gerichtsurteile eine deutsche Kooperation mit international anerkannten Terroristen decken!
