So I spent last 3 weeks visiting family and relatives in #bosniaandherzegovina and #serbia, then dropping by for a couple of days of sun in #istra #croatia. A lot of catch up talks, socializing, reading (mostly #IvoAndrić) and a lot of good #food. There is a lot to love here (flexibility, openness, friendliness, food )and also enough stuff to piss me off (mostly selling out of local culture and customs to please mass tourism supported by crooked capitalists and politicians).

#GreatFood in #Opatija #Istra. Off the beaten tourist path, a lot of locals here. Great house #ipa beer as well!!
