Firing is an outside possibility but I suspect theyd prefer to keep the warm body.. it was really a crappy night..oof

The heat & humidity is affecting almost of my clients who are terminally ill. I haven't been able to take them outdoors as much as they'd like to be outside because it's hard for them to breathe with the high humid heat. I'm making a few changes to my work schedule to try to accommodate my clients' wants with outside time. It's safer in evenings, when things cool off. I'm organizing a few early-mid evening outings for the clients who desire that a lot.

TYP, was du mit deiner GEsundheit machst ist mir egal, ich kuriere mich aus...Immer dieses Scheiß geprahle wie wenig man krank ist, wie viele Überstunden man hat und wie wenig Urlaub man nimmt....Fuck geht mir das auf die nerven!

Already this morning I've had someone from another department jump in to my inbox with a meeting request for 8:30 AM and all it says is "Can we catch up on some things?" So, I have no time to prepare, no idea what they want to discuss, and walk in cold with no chance to be ready to offer any solutions or details. Why are people like this?

My once-again grandboss sent an all-hands email declaring an end to "wildly varied" work shifts and set aside 90 minutes for "feedback" meeting tomorrow. I had an idea this was coming, based on some discussions with him during the PM vacancy and my job interview. I am laughing – and not on the inside. #WorkLife
So this leaving awesomeness notes for the morning crew is still going strong. Over a month every working night.
It's more like a quest now to see how long I can keep it up.
