On multiple occasions, including June 8, Israeli forces have opened fire on Palestinians gathered near aid distribution centers. Eyewitnesses and international aid groups described utter carnage: families shot down as they reached for food. Al Jazeera called them "human slaughterhouses." The UN warns a famine is imminent. Congress cannot stay silent while civilians and aid workers are butchered. Tell Congress: “Immediately condemn attacks on aid sites in Gaza and ensure protection for all humanitarian aid.” According to the Associated Press, at least 30 people were recently killed at one site alone. CNN confirmed many were shot despite prior coordination between aid groups and Israeli forces. Congress must act. Lawmakers must condemn these attacks and hold Israel accountable. A united condemnation from Congress can send a clear message: the targeting of humanitarian aid is indefensible. We must act now. Sign the petition to demand that Congress condemn attacks on Gaza aid sites and ensure protection for all humanitarian efforts.

(Bargury says a victim could have also uploaded a compromised file to their own account.) It looks like an official document on company meeting policies. But inside the document, Bargury hid a 300-word malicious prompt that contains instructions for ChatGPT. The prompt is written in white text in a size-one font, something that a human is unlikely to see but a machine will still read. In a proof of concept video of the attack...

This combination of #Hamas #terrorism, violent gang #attacks, typical #Israeli red tape, and an incompetent #UN distribution effort is resulting in the starvation of the #Gazan population.

Journalists and others imagine a UN that efficiently protects communities by providing food and other basic needs. Anybody who has actually worked with them, however, knows that they’re an absurd bureaucracy more interested in defending their image than in helping people on the ground.

I’m not saying #Israel couldn’t do better: it can and it must. But there’s little doubt here that the UN, Gaza gangs, and Hamas #terrorists are a significant part of the problem. And let’s recall that #Egypt, too, shares a border with their #Arab brethren in Gaza.
