Bei Einzug hätten wir gewusst worauf wir uns einlassen, #Fernwärme mit #Contracting und verständlicher Preisformel stünde im Mietvertrag drin und den hätten wir so nicht unterschreiben müssen.

Freelancing/self employment tip (for newbies): W2 wage is not the same as 1099 pay, due to self employment tax/Medicare/SS. $1/hour W2 is not $1 if paid on a 1099 (same rate on a 1099 would be a pay cut). Learned this long ago. #freelancing #contracting #selfemployment
